Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order you accept them.
1. Who you are contracting with
This store is operated by SALEFORGE LTD, trading as ComputaHardware, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17065254, registered office Malmarc House, 116 Dewsbury Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS11 6XD, United Kingdom. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean SALEFORGE LTD, and “you” means the customer.
2. Orders and acceptance
Product listings are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation — not when you receive an automated order acknowledgement, and not when payment is taken.
We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where it was listed at a manifestly incorrect price, where we cannot obtain payment authorisation, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot lawfully ship to your destination. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.
3. Pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown exclusive of any import duty or local sales tax that may apply on arrival in your country — see the Shipping Policy.
We take care with pricing, but errors happen. Where an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Prices can change at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already dispatched.
4. Product information
We describe hardware as accurately as we can, using manufacturer specifications. Photographs are illustrative — the exact appearance, bundled cabling and regional power adapter may vary.
Manufacturers revise components within a product line without always renaming the product. Where a specification is critical to your purchase, email us to confirm it before ordering.
Performance figures quoted by manufacturers are obtained under their own test conditions and are not a promise of performance in your workload.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery timescales, costs and customs treatment are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
7. Returns
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms and sets out your 30-day return window, the warranty position and your statutory rights.
8. Acceptable use of the site
You agree not to use this site unlawfully; not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any account, server or database behind it; not to introduce malicious code; not to scrape it systematically or place orders by automated means; and not to resell access to it. We may suspend or close any account used in breach of this section.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@computahardware.com if you believe it has been compromised. You must give accurate account and delivery information and keep it current.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, graphics and our branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
Product names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here indicates that we sell those products; it does not imply that we are endorsed by, or an authorised representative of, any manufacturer unless we say so explicitly.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Please note in particular: we are not liable for data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups before installing, returning or sending hardware for repair.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier failure, customs action, component shortages, natural events, industrial action or interruption to power or telecommunications. Where such an event occurs we will contact you, and if the delay becomes substantial you may cancel for a full refund.
13. Business customers
Where you buy in the course of a business, the consumer cancellation rights in section 7 do not apply, and we exclude all warranties implied by statute to the fullest extent permitted by law. The manufacturer’s warranty still applies.
14. Complaints
Email support@computahardware.com and we will acknowledge within two business days and aim to resolve matters within fourteen days.
15. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it. The date at the top shows the current version.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country’s law, and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
17. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us.
