Response times
We answer email Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm UK time, and aim to reply within one business day. Messages sent over a weekend or a UK public holiday are answered the next working day.
Helping us help you faster
When you write in, including the following usually saves a round trip:
- Your order number, if the message concerns an existing order
- The exact product name — many mini PCs differ only by processor suffix, so “Beelink SER9” is ambiguous where “Beelink SER9 Pro AMD Ryzen 7 H 255” is not
- For a technical fault: what happens, when it started, and anything you have already tried
- For a pre-purchase question: the workload, the operating system, and any hard constraints such as size, noise or power draw
